The scholarship Process includes 4 steps
1. Scholarship Fund
Scholarship fund includes the complete details of the fund providing agency, payment details, scholarship date etc. It records the received funds in this SMS system.
2. Manage Scholarship
Manage Scholarship includes managing the scholarship fund against the programs and assigning scholarship amount for each batch.
3. Scholarship Grant
Granting scholarship to students and disbursing the scholarship amount such as scholarship for Tuition, Scholarship for Boarding and Lodging etc.
Students has to register in the odd semester of the current academic year before granting scholarship.
4. Award Scholarship
Awarding scholarships to eligible students and also shows the balance payment details that the students have to pay after deducting the scholarship. Fees cycle is required prior to awarding scholarship to students.
